All you need is your order number and email.
- 1Tap the chat button at the bottom corner of the screen.
- 2Tap Track my order.
- 3Enter your order number and the email you used when you ordered, then tap Track my order.
Your order number is in your order confirmation email, for example #1054.

Use the tracking number from your shipping email on TD Track. It works best on a computer, but you can also use your phone.

- Your order has been received and is being processed. The status will change as your order progresses.
- Picked up / In transit
- Your parcel is on its way to South Africa and to you.
- Out for delivery
- Arriving soon. Keep your phone nearby, as the courier may call or SMS you.
- Delivered
- Your parcel has been delivered. Enjoy! ✨
- Pending pick up or Exception
- Please email us with your order number and we'll check it for you.
