All products in our store are made-to-order and printed on demand. Because each item is created specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection or change of mind.

We will offer a free reprint or full refund if:

• Your item arrives damaged or defective
• Your item has a misprint or manufacturing error
• Your order is lost in transit

To qualify, please contact us at lindoglowshop@yahoo.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue.

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
